Credential Lifecycle

Verifiable Credentials follow a three-stage lifecycle: issuance, storage, and verification.

Credential Flow

The diagram shows the credential's journey from Issuer to Holder, then to Verifier. Cryptographic verification is performed on the ledger at each step.

Credential States

Zero-Knowledge Proof

The platform offers ZKP support for selective disclosure. For example, from a diploma credential, only graduation status can be shared - other information like name and department remain private.
